My kids had Burger King today, sorry all ! lol My little one just wanted to Spiderman toy anyway...... I hate their fries !

I remember when they changed to those fries. WOW were people pissed! We offered to change the fries to onion rings if they wanted, but they hated those too! Eventually people stopped having combos altogether! The owner was some pissed at that! Later people started eating them because combos were cheaper than buying thier meal seperate. I'm surprised that BK never relented and changed them back.

The only reason they changed them was the hold time. The old fries were good for 7 or so minutes under the heat lamps. The new ones were something like 11-15 minutes!

I want to eat fries that old. Really I do.......... Rolling Eyes

Well if it were up to me I would choose Mc D's fries to BK. I didn't eat it, just my kids. On some level I feel like I am feeding them poison when they eat that, lol.

BK fries make a nice poutine. The best fries I've found are A&W! They don't get soggy and still have a reasonable potato taste unlike the BK ones. I prefer the menu there too. Smile

Never heard of Nathan's. BK in the States doesn't have poutine????? It's everywhere in Canada. It's a French thing I guess. Anyway, it's fries, cheese and gravy poured over it. It's amazing! There's another variation of it at the Greek places here. Same thing, but instead of gravy they use a meat sauce. Same as you'd use on spaghetti. They call it POUTSINO. Pronounced POOT-SEE-NO. This is really good too!

What awfull things to say about burger king. I find it to be the best. The fact is none of you individials that have posted have ever stepped foot in burger king so why complaine since you haven,t really ate there my freinds? Burger king is my freind and I will defend it to the fullest extent...........................
