Next time you're on www.yahoo.com do a search for a place called Waverly Hills Sanitarium. It used to be a tuberculosis sanitarium, but it's been shut down for years and now it's haunted. Someday I'd like to go there because it's privately owned and as far as I know, they do give tours.
