I'm in the SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism). This is a world-wide organization that participates in medieval reinactments. If you want to check out the website, the address is www.sca.org
It's a great website loaded with information and pictures.
Right now, I'm working on finishing up my armor. I'm a female fighter, though my threshold for pain is pretty low, but I'm trying to find a way to work on that. I'm also practicing knife throwing, because I'd like to get in on the competitions. I'd also like to work on caligraphy and illuminated manuscript, but my drawing is a little rusty.

I knew a guy years ago who was part of the SCA. At the time he was making his own chain mail.
