As you all know I work for BK. Well we have had a special needs guy working for us the last few months. He came to us through a local place that tries to get people like him job skills. Only one major problem, he can't do it & the job center keeps pushing him on us. The good thing is we don't have to pay him, they do. He's whiney, smart mouthed & lazy, the big problem is the boss man does not always see what is going on. ( He's the kind of person that it he's not affected, he hopes it will work itself out) When our special friend is working we all have to do our work & his too, so we can keep up. A friend suggested we stop helping him, today I did & he actually got yelled at for not keeping up. FINALLY! I don't want to be mean, but that made me happy. I wish I knew his background, I might want to be nicer to him. He's the kind of person that it's painful to be nice to. Anyone else have experience with special needs? No not Storm Chaser either. :D

UPDATE! We finally told the job placement center that we are done with him! We tried really :( I feel bad, but what are ya gonna do?

That's what I said- 8 more days & counting, that's the only reason he's not too annoying right now, even though I'd still like to slap him. :x

I'm sure you all gave him a perty or did you just have a party when he left ? lol
